Grout need only reach 35 MPa at 28 days under ASTM C1107 and US Corps of Engineers CRD-C621: flow retention, total absence of bleed, and effective bearing area matter more to in-service performance than headline compressive strength.

Specification
A ready-made tender clause
The dry-shake specification clause, ready to copy into a BOQ. Fill in the selections and it's done.
Apply to all indicated concrete surfaces Samson (insert selected dry-shake; insert selected colour or plain) dry-shake floor hardener, added at (insert selected application rate per square metre). Samson Densifier HC to be applied at the appropriate time and washed off after the chemical reaction has taken place. Followed by (insert selected sealer, if any) after full cure of substrate (21 to 28 days). All in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Supplier: Samson Technologies.
The brochure’s own worked example bills this clause at 6,050 m², and that’s the specific project it was written for, not a default; update the quantity for your own.
Reflections
The light-reflectivity and strength argument
Plain concrete absorbs 60-70% of the light that strikes it. A Samson dry-shake surface reaches 60MPa on a 25-30MPa design-strength concrete. Due to bleed water, surface strength does not reach design strength on its own.
