FloorCoat: Cementitious, decorative coating
Decorative, cementitious, pigmented, paintable coating for concrete surfaces including floors, driveways and patios. Update your concrete floor with a renewed look.
Suitable for use on: old or new concrete screeds or floors.
Application: approx. 15m² per bag (2 coats), applied by brush and finished by trowel.
Finish: smooth.
Packaging: 20kg bag.

Concrete is extremely porous. Household items like vinegar, tomato sauce, red wine and cold drinks can degrade concrete over time. Sealing your coloured concrete enhanced floors is vital to increase the lifespan of your floor. Our MM Sealer is available in gloss (Buffable), sheen (Combo) or no sheen (Siloxane).
FloorCoat colours: Natural, Portland, Settled Grey, Mid Grey, Light Grey, Blast Furnace Grey, Terracotta Red, Charcoal, Cream, SandStone, Fynbos, Fritties. Samples available for viewing; colours depicted as a guide; final sealer may enhance or darken colour.
Concrete is also a high thermal mass material, which absorbs and stores heat when exposed to sunlight and slowly releases it throughout the day, which is part of what makes a coated concrete floor a good option for keeping a home warmer in winter.
MBFT P: Dry-shake floor hardener
Coloured cementitious powder that is floated into fresh state concrete or compacted screed. MBFT P dry-shake increases surface strength to over 60 MPa, resulting in a durable, abrasion-resistant, light-reflective concrete floor finish.
Suitable for use on: fresh state or new concrete or compacted screeds.
Application: 4 to 5kg per m², distributed onto concrete and finished by trowel.
Finish: smooth.
Packaging: 25kg bag.

MBFT P dry-shake provides the durable, quality concrete floors you deserve, supported by an international reputation for success. MBFT P forms a monolithic bond with new concrete surfaces: it becomes part of the concrete substrate. It delivers over 60MPa surface strength, well above the 25MPa design strength typical of residential concrete. It offers excellent abrasion resistance on the trafficable surface, and light reflective colours ensure less energy is needed for lighting.
MBFT P also offers resistance to chemical attack. Household items like wine, sugary drinks and vinegar are degrading to ordinary concrete surfaces. Featured finishes include MBFT P Settled Grey, Blast Furnace Grey, Cream, and Fritties, and MBFT P Light Grey.

TextureCoat: Decorative, self levelling
Decorative, coloured, cementitious semi self-levelling overlayment, with a textured finish.
Suitable for use on: outside areas, old or new concrete screeds or floors. Ideal for pool surrounds, patios, lapas, and walkways.
Application: approx. 4m² to 6m² per bag, finished by trowel.
Finish: textured.
Packaging: 25kg bag.
Benefits: for residential and commercial projects; ideal for outside areas where a textured finish is required; great for renovations; may be sealed for colour enhancement and non-staining; non-slip when wet with sealer.
Featured finish: TextureCoat Settled Grey, shown both unsealed and sealed to illustrate how the final sealer coat enhances the texture and colour.
CrystalSkim WR: Pools
Functional, water retaining, decorative, smooth, coloured, cementitious pool coating for pools, ponds, dams and other water retaining structures.
Suitable for use on: old or new concrete pools, over marbelite.
Application: approx. 4 to 5mm thick, finished by trowel.
Finish: smooth.
Packaging: 25kg bag.
Benefits: easy to install; suitable for use in water retaining structures; contains microcrystalline for water repellency; durable coating; bonded with P3 Primer as bond coat.
CrystalSkim WR colours: Light Grey, Portland, Blast Furnace Grey, Charcoal, Natural. Featured applications: CrystalSkim WR Charcoal on a swimming pool and on a garden pond.
Fairing Coat: Aesthetic skim coat
Suitable for use on: vanities, countertops, walls.
Application: approx. 2mm thick = 5m² per bag, finished by trowel.
Finish: smooth.
Packaging: 20kg bag.
Featured finish: Fairing Coat Cream.
CrystalSkim: Water repelling skim coat
Includes a microcrystalline additive for water repellence.
Suitable for use on: showers, walls, vanities, countertops, in bathrooms and showers.
Application: approx. 3mm thick = 4m² per bag, finished by trowel.
Finish: smooth.

Roof Renew: Cementitious roof coating
Suitable for use on: ceramic, concrete tiled or asbestos roofing, corrugated iron or fibre corrugated sheeting.
Application: approx. 20m² to 30m² per bag, applied by brush or roller.
Finish: smooth or textured, depending on application and substrate.
Packaging: 12.5kg bag.

MM Sealer: Concrete sealing
Clear, acrylic resin, durable sealer for water repellence, sheen and the final touch to lasting elegance.
Suitable for use on: old or new concrete screeds.
Application: 8 to 10m² per litre, 2 coats suggested, applied by microfibre pad or roller.
Finish: clear, protective, topical coat, available in the following finishes: MM Sealer Buffable with high gloss, MM Sealer Combo with satin sheen, or MM Sealer Siloxane with no sheen.
Packaging: 5L or 25L Polycan.
Benefits: residential, commercial and industrial projects; topical, protective coating; may be sealed for colour enhancement and non-staining; non-slip when wet; water repellent; UV stable, may be used on interior and exterior concrete surfaces.

Clear or coloured acrylic resin sealer, resistant to moderate chemical attack. Used for water repellence, and as the final coating to protect concrete floors.

Application: 5 to 8m² per litre, 2 coats suggested, applied by microfibre pad or roller.
Finish: clear or pigmented protective, topical coat.

HydraHalt X: Rapid set water plug
For leaks or slow seepage of water.
